If I had no idea and was asked to guess, I would suspect this was created by a male. Her breasts don't look right, and I feel female artists tend to be better at drawing the female figure (though not always), likely because they have an unlimited resource for reference. In my experience, natural breasts (typically) have a more dynamic shape than shown here, but breasts in motion might almost achieve that round, tight look if they were being forced up, perhaps at or before the apex of a jump or leap. I would almost say they look masculine except for the way they curve towards the middle from underneath. They just seem too round and too firm, though not an unreasonable size for an athletic female.

The animated effects are pretty impressive and, combined with the music, give a lot of excitement and action to the scene. The way the ears flick is very cute and adds a little more depth and realism. I would say the animation even looks pretty natural and smooth until I look below the knees, then I start to get this paper cutout impression. The shading and the lighting on wings, hair, and face is fantastic. It's very convincing, and I get a good feel for the texture of the wings. The shading on the boots along with their animation doesn't give me a clear idea of what the material might be. I feel the animated effect could benefit a lot from more dynamic lighting on the left arm as the wing transitions back and forth between the arm and the light source. More parallax in the snowfall would also help sell the depth and perspective I think.

The lighting on her body gives the impression of a strong light source in front of her and to the upper left, but nothing artistically to explain what that might be. I would imagine something like arena lighting given the hue and strength of it. The way the right wing allows the light of the moon to pass through is fairly convincing and a very cool effect. The animation of the hair is also impressive. All in all, It's a very interesting piece and the character stimulates my curiosity on a couple levels.

This is sincerely beautiful work..the transparency in the wings, as they flap in front of the moon, is simply gorgeous. The texture in her fur, and the coloration of it, is marvelous, as is the flow of her hair in the night wind, it is amazingly believable. This is a living, breathing, viable life-form, one who would be very interesting to meet..though preferably without her swords drawn.

Great ..no, Incredible art! You have taken something and breathed life into it, and given us the added bonus of a rousing piece of music to set it to, which makes me wonder is she descending upon a foe, about to deliver the death blow, or in retreat from numerous enemies?

So many other options of the scenario behind this image come to mind as well, and though in all honesty I have not been one for much anthro, beyond werewolves, I'm incredibly interested as a writer, to ask her to sit down with me over a mug of something in some far-away tavern and tell me her tale. Thank you for sharing it with us. More like this inspiring piece, please!

This is so interesting! I love that you add movement and music to a static picture! It really takes the artwork somewhere else!

The only problem I have is the expression of the character. you have such hard core/high beat music/rock but yet the face is relaxed and simply lacking emotion in my opinion. or at least it does not match with the music.

It has been a while since I visited.  It is always a treat.  The art is impeccable, and the animation on this one seems complex.  I don't mean to be picky, but why does a demon need clothes or shoes?  : )
